Item does not exist in the load, but it exists in work and the container

Hello, experts

I have faced a strange issue with one of our transfer orders, the transfer order is partially released and it only has one shipment and load.

One of the items from the transfer order doesn't exist in the load, but it exists in the work and containers.

Does anyone know how this issue is caused and how it can be resolved?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi NavidNoori,

Are there any errors? What operations have you done?

You can manually create a load by adding transfer order lines to a new load.

    Hi Navid,

Can you check/investigate whether it is part of other transfer order load & shipment?

    Regards,

    Laurens

    Hi Charlotte,

    Thanks for your response.

There is no error message, and I'm not sure what the client has done with this Transfer order, but I guess releasing the transfer order, completing the work and packing the shipment is all that's been done.

    Hi Laurens,

    Thanks for your response.

The item is in the transfer order and the container, but it doesn't appear in the shipment and load.

    Hi Navid,

In which environment is the problem? Is it in a production environment? If yes, do you have a yesterday environment?

To solve the issue, I would advice/try the following steps:

    1. Reopen and remove the container

    2. Cancel the closed work with with the function 'cancel work'

    3. Check where items are, if they are on the pack location, move them back to the pick location

    4. Release the transfer order again

    Regards,

    Laurens
