Please set Enable Tracking to Yes in Web page.
Please click on Localized content record and set Enable Tracking to Yes .
There are two Forms of any Web Page created in Portal. One is "Information" other is "Content Page". You need to set it on both page.
hi Saad, but my page can be tracked, i was enable tracking at there
Hi Aulia,
I didn't understand that. You can check the Tracking at Web Page >> Web page Logs.
I would not recommend doing that as it has negative performance impact and uses more data in CRM. I would highly recommend you enable Azure App Insights and drop the javascript into the tracking code content snippet. Once you do that you will be able to see all of your customer portal usage in App Insights.
I would highly recommend not to use the Page Tracking feature of portal if portal is being used by large number of users.
It highly impact portal performance. Also portal users might experience "something went wrong" or sql runtime error while running portal.
I have already been faced one showstopper issue on production due to this. We raised ticket a with Microsoft and they had suggested to turn off this feature completly.
This feature is only recommended for small set of users only.
Cheers
Arpit
Hi Arpit,
oh i understand about it, and then what should i do?
Adxstudio Portals has a content snippet called Tracking Code (if not create a new one) that can be used to insert Google Analytics tracking code into your portal. The Tracking Code content snippet will inject your JavaScript script block immediately before the closing </body> tag in the HTML of all web pages in your portal.
Have a look below link for more info :
