Hi All,
I am getting an access denied error when trying to create a personal view in CRM 2013.
My user account has the systems administrator role and I expect not no have issues .
Has anyone experienced this same issue? Error log says I need read access permissions on the entity however as an admin I expect this not be an issue.

Hi Joe,
We later got to discover the Administrator account was a cloned one. This issue was happening on the test environment but the training environment was fine.
A refresh of the test environment helped resolve this.
Did yo ufind a solution for this Hakim? I am having an issue where users cannot see Views that have been shared with them. They receive an access denied on UserQuery entity even though they have Read access to it.
Hi Adam,
User account is assigned the system administrator role directly and it is not a copy of the original role.
The issue applies not only to me but every other admin as well.
Hi Mahadeo,
Thanks for your suggestion.
Am not quite sure recycling will make a difference as IIS as has been recycled several times in the past few weeks and the problem is still persistent
Is your user account assigned to the OOB System Administrator security role directly, or is it in a team that has that role? Or is it a copy of that role?
Try Recycling Application pool for CRM or by restarting IIS.. if you are using On-premise CRM.
