Cannot end RAF in D365

Hello Team,

can you please guide me where to check this error, we experience this in a particular production order only.

Process> select prod order> RAF (tick end)> OK

I have the same question (0)

Hi,

Does the error display if you try again to report as finished the order?

Can you open the Production route?

Yes, the error happens when you click RAF and mark End order.

I tried using different account and similar issue is encountered.

production route is shown in the image below.

Can you try to update the route (Functions > Update route) in a test environment?
