Is there any way to have check numbers displayed on customer statements for paid invoices?

You can achieve this by considering the following steps:

Add both tables RM20101 and RM30101 . You may consider the knowledge base Article 912126 on how to add the RM Open file

The check number is available in the tables above, you can add it accordingly

Although, i believe you might need to consider calculated fields on which to build a formula for the document status, according to which you show the check number.
