Hi Experts

We are having an issue with PO and PQ printouts, but its only happening for one user

To give background, we have 3 generic users technical, supplychain and indrects, which are used by various people.

The issue we have on the report printouts is that the lines on the Purchase Quote is being duplicated, and the on the PO the Whole document is being duplicated.

The weird part is that it is only happening for the supplychain user - no other user in the system is experiencing the issue.

The report layout itself is also correct (see attached)

Any guidance will be appreciated.

Hello @Tris15,

This issue seems related to a user-specific personalization, printer setup, or report selection configuration for the supply chain user rather than the report layout itself.

You can check whether the affected user has any duplicate printer mappings, browser print settings, saved report filters, or user personalization causing the report to render twice.

Also verify the Report Selection and Printer Selection setup for that specific user and try clearing browser cache/session or testing from another device. If required, remove and recreate the user personalization/profile for the supply chain user and test again.
