Hi all,

We have a on-site install of CRM 2013. I want to set a specific dashboard to open when any user click on the service tab in our CRM, and not the Customers Service Representative Social Dashboard.

I have gone into customisations > dashboards section and set the dashboard i want as default but it still displays Customers Service Representative Social Dashboard when i click on Service.

Any help is much appreciated.

For all users? Each user can override the defaults, so if they've set a preference, it will override the global default.

Hi yes, its a new install and to start with at least i wanted to specify the default dashboard within the services area.
