Tried opening PSTL in GP 2015 and I get an error message -

InValid Versions! This version of Professional Services Tools is only compatible on GP 2013

(just started this job - GP 2015 was already in place - was something not completed?)

What's my next step?

You need to get GP Power Tools :) , it's been rebranded by the great Mr. Musgrave :) . You can get it from Mekorma's site.
