As many components in combination create a BOM. Is there any reverse process available?

Suppose one big stone is sent for the production of many marbles and tiles etc. What can be the possible process in BC?

    Hi , Yes You Can.

    1) You Should Create A Production BOM With All Consumed And Output Materials.

                                 For Example Your BOM Should Contain  

                                                      1) Big Stone

                                                       2) Marbles

                                                      3) Tiles.

    2) You Should Assign this BOM To the Material Which is the Major Output From these Production.

    3)During the Posting Of Production Journal on Released Production Order , You Should Give Negative Quantity For all Output Material and Positive Quantity For Consumed Material.

    This Is One Way Or You Can Use The Family On Production Order Page.
