Ok this is new to me, a company with a single Apple Mac user while other are Windows XP / Vista users. The company wants to keep this person using their Apple Mac but gain access to the Microsoft Dynamcis CRM 4.0 application. Is this possible? If so, please direct me to a knowledgebase article, please and thank you.

As of version 4, Apple and browsers others than IE are not supported. Options for an Apple user are dual boot, a windows emulator, terminal services or maybe a third party mobile client.

The Microsoft mobile client will let you connect in from a Mac browser. The Mac could also run emulation like Parallels so they get a full IE browser which will give them full access

If you do consider the mobile express client be aware that you cannot create activities through it so as long as the user does not need this function, this will do the job.

To add to the confusion, if the user just needs read only access, they can use FireFox against a SharePoint site using the List webpart(s) for CRM....
