You cannot post. Quanitites are being reconciled

I am getting the error "You cannot post. Quanitites are being reconciled"  Is there away I can clear this condition.  I am running Dynamocs GP 9.0 (I know its old).

    Steve,

    Have everyone exit the system and then delete records from the SY00800 table (in the Dynamics db). Also, delete any left over records in the ACTIVITY table (also in the Dynamics db).

    Hopefully, this will clear it up.
