How to disable Declare starting amount receipt print after declaring start amount in D365 Retail POS ?

Hi All,

We don't want to print declare starting amount receipt in Retail POS after declaring start amount.

Any idea, how disable starting amount receipt printing?

    Hi Hitesh,

    This is by design as it is hardcoded report. If the print option is on, either you will get report printed or the error is thrown to notify the cashier to setup the printer ('The receipt cannot be printed. Please ensure that a printer is set up and receipt formats are configured and try again​').

    I will leave this for the community to answer. Let's see if anybody has experienced the same and can advise for you anything.
