Test Permissions with without a spare user?

Hello all,
In the old pre-Cloud Business Central I could use a spare user (ie Me_Test) and test permission changes and all worked well, but now as we are linked to 365 and I sign in with my 365 email how can I test a spare user’s permissions? Other than creating another 365 account and signing in as another user I now have no way to test any permission changes.
I could assign to my user ID but worked that I’ll brick myself our as the primary, and only, superuser.
Thanks

though some ERP allows to log in as a different user, BC seems to be not allowing this unless with that user's credential. When testing other users permission, we normally ask other users if something works. This works in situation where user gets a permission related error.

If you just want to view the user permissions list, you can view the effective permissions for the user.
But if you want to use this user to access BC for testing, you can only use another user so far.

    Thanks.

    Hello Cinder,

I think that your question is the same situation as one that is answered on this thread.

Unfortunately, I doubt that there is a possibility to independently test user permissions with one user account other than adding permissions to the test user.
If you have an opportunity to add test user on your domain, that would be the best solution. Log in through incognito mode with test user on your SaaS environment and test permissions.

    Greetings
