Online Data Migration Entity Order

I am preparing to migrate an on-premise CRM organisation to CRM Online, which obviously involves migrating data. We are planning on using Scribe for the migration.

The question is: where do I start? What order do I do things in?

I cannot find anywhere a rough guide to the order in which entities should be loaded. I understand that each CRM is individually customised and relationships are created/altered which changes the approach slightly, but does anyone have a rough guide to the order in which to migrate out of the box entities? I do not want to start from scratch and try to use the entity relationship diagram to create an approach.

i.e. Users, Accounts, Contacts, (update Accounts with Primary Contacts), Opportunies, Quotes, Orders, Emails, Attachments etc.
