    Hi there,

To generate the reports you've described in Dynamics 365 Business Central, you can use Account Schedules combined with Dimensions and Filters. Here's a general approach:

    1. Business Unit Profitability

    • Use Account Schedules to create a custom layout.
    • Apply dimension filters for EUC and DT.
    • Set up columns for:
      • Actual (using G/L entries)
      • Budget (using budget entries)
      • Variance (calculated as Actual - Budget)
    • For cumulative data, set the date filter from March 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025.

    2. Brand Profitability

    • Create a separate Account Schedule or use Analysis Views.
    • Use the Brand dimension to filter by product (e.g., Dell, ASUS, etc.).
    • Include metrics like Revenue, Gross Profit, Gross Profit Margin %, and Quantity.
    • Again, use date filters for both monthly and cumulative views.

If you're unfamiliar with setting up Account Schedules or Analysis Views, I recommend checking out the official Microsoft documentation or reaching out to your Business Central partner for tailored support.

Let me know if this helps, and please mark the response as helpful if it answered your question 😊

    Best regards!
