Hi:
When I go to the Dimension Combinations window, I cannot create combinations. All possibilities are "greyed out".
I do not see any way of placing this window in any sort of "edit mode" either.
Why is this happening?

In the page you will see some lines like below. Click on one of them (column name should not match row name) and you will see the following options. Then you can select one. See article below as well
