Hi , i am trying to retrieve user time zone settings . From usersettings i have retrieved timecode and want to pass to "timezonedefinition". But CRM restbuilder is stuck at this place only for this entity. Can anyone suggest me any alternative to get user time zone settings.

I am not sure if I fully understood your question but if you want to retrieve timezonedefinition by passing timezonecode via Web API, you could try the following query
abc.crm11.dynamics.com/.../timezonedefinitions$select=standardname&$filter=timezonecode eq 92
Highlighted in RED is your timezone code.
