Consider that I have an activity campaign and I distribute it. After I distribute the activity, I came into updating the marketing list and adding member, in this scenario, how can I distribute the activity for newly added members ? Is it possible at all ?

You would need a workflow / plugin or some custom code which can do that.
OOB, there is nothing which does this, AFAIK.
Basically, when a member is added to the list (this is the trigger event), you need to retrieve the distributed activities and create them for the newly added marketing member.
