Want to build Similar Option Contact which is used to Disqualify Lead with reason

Hello Everyone,

i want to create a flyout menu for deactivation of contact which would be exact same as Lead Disqualify Menu (for reference attached screenshot).

Simple solution can be a dropdown with reasons and a Flyout menu added on Contact form using Workbench editor or XRMToolBox but how can i populate that FlyOut Menu from Dropdown it is challenge so anyone can help me with this solution or provide me any other better solution would be great.

Let me know if you need any more details regarding requirement.

    Hi..

    You have to create fly-out menu based on drop-down list / status reason.. and then you can create action on each fly-out menu item to change record status accordingly.

    Drop down list / status reason options or fly out menu all are based on static values.. so you can do it using ribbon workbench or XRMtoolbox.

    Yes i understand that but i don't want to keep FlyOut menu static, as i have to edit that menu everytime when i need to add any value in status reason so want to populate that FlyOut from some optionset.
