Microsoft Lifecycle services for Dynamics 365 online trial version

Hello folks,

I am not able to get project methodology for Dynamics CRM project in Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle services. Currently, I am trying on online trial version.

There is no option for me to create project methodology as the below article suggests:

Please suggest your ideas on Microsoft Lifecycle service.
