Hello All, I'm using CRM 2015 on premise with email router.
This is my problem:
When users, that are users in CRM, send out emails to our mailboxes from their outlook they are not being transferred into CRM. I see their emails in our Exchange boxes but they are not going in to CRM.
If a user that is not a user in CRM sends an email to our email boxes then it goes through accordingly.
I had a user from another department that is not a user in CRM send an email to one of our boxes that is integrated with the email router and I receive them in CRM with no problems.
The router seems to be working fine because we are processing thousands of I\O messages per day without any issues. It's just this particular scenario that is causing problems.
Any help or guidance would be much appreciated.

The problem with this was on my CRM Mailbox configuration.
I Had all users on Server Side but our system does not allow users to send emails from CRM from their email address. This was confusing the system. All I had to do is change all users to CRM Outlook Plugin for their Mailbox and that solved the problem.
