I am unable to import expense data from Concur standard to dynamics using txt or csv files. Can someone advise on how to set this up?

Hi Sanjay,
Thanks for the response. Is there documentation on how to set this up using Integration Manager? I'm a beginner in regards to my knowledge of dynamics... As a little background information, recently we had to upgrade our concur system. Our previous system provided us with four download files: Batch123.IBC, Batch123_IGL.imp, Batch1234.CHK, and Batch1234_CGL.imp. However, our new system only provides us with txt or csv download files. My issue is that I do not know where to begin to change the file import type. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
First you will need to contact Concur and request the "Standard Extract File Definition for Microsoft Dynamics GP" from them.

Thanks Sanjay! I was able to get Concur to put the import file in the proper GL-format. However, the file import is still not working. Do you think it's because we are trying to import a text file? The new concur system only provides download files in text and csv format. Please advise?
Now I understand you are able get the download from concur in proper GL format. Yay!!!. Next step is importing into GP. What tool are you using to import the down load file into GP ? Can you be more specific as to Concur Expense Integrator Tool (not available for GP 2013), integration manager or e connect etc.....
We are using eExpense Integrator for ms Dynamics GP 9.0. Version 10.0.774
Hi Sanjay, any advice on this?
Hello
I hope you are still available to help with this same topic. I received the 77 column file from Concur but I cannot figure out how to make it the format required by Concur Expense Integrator, the .igl or .cgl
I keep getting the run around from Concur. They are telling me I have to convert the file from csv or xls to a igl or cgl, but I do not know how to. I hope you can help
Thank you!
