we have 3 kinds of different contacts in one business unit in the sales and service both .is there any way to separate them?

If you have managed the security access and record ownership then you can use filteredview in your crm easily. It will get the data based on the current user privilege anyway.
You just maintain the ownership of the each record. So you assign the owner to the BU users or BU team.

If would you also help with this, if we want to sprate 3 kinds of contacts in sales or service part for example I have developers , mobile banks users and custom customers .If I want to have different viewes to report sprate reports for each part ?

Hi Hoda,
You will have to assign the records to owners who are in their respective BU, then assign the BU level read privileges in their security role.
You can set the ownership if you don't want to each BU see each other.
So, set the owner by Team or each user are enough for this.
