Download File in a specific folder Business Central SaaS

Hi all,
I'm working with Business Central v15, and I need to download a file in a specific folder.
I'm using 'DownloadFromStream' method, but i read from docs that in web services I can only download to the default download location...

Is available any method to choose anyway my folder? Maybe creating some add-in or other things?

This is not possible. In a SaaS environment you don't have access to the client file system (or to a file system in general). The file is downloaded to the user (prompt). If you want to save a file to a location, you need to use a cloud storage.

Buf if I want to use a cloud storage, how I have to define it in 'DownloadFromStream' method? I need to set the url in the "To Folder" parameter? Or what else?

No. You need to call an Azure Function from AL by passing the stream (base64) of the document that you want to save on the blob storage. I have a working sample on my "Mastering Dynamics 365 Business Central" book.
