Awareness: some users in Western Europe may be unable to access Business Central from with your organization

Hello,

We are investigating an issue in which some users may be unable to access Business Central from with your organization. We will update our normal regular channels with latest information. At the moment this does only apply to tenants in WEU.

    This appears to be affecting environments hosted in GB as well. Do we know what the issue is?

    Hello,

    The scenario should be mitigated by now. Latest message that we shared:

    Title: Business Central inaccessible
    User Impact: Users may be unable to access Business Central.

    Current Status: We are continuing to restart impacted infrastructure and monitoring telemetry. We will provide an update by the time bellow or as more information becomes available.

    Incident Start Time: Monday, January 27, at 9:30 AM UTC

    Root cause analysis will be done afterwards and repair items will be created to prevent the same issue from happening.
