Currently there is no any certifications for Microsoft Dynamics NAV but after introducing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft has introduced a Certification for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Currently, there is no certification for dynamics NAV. Yes, for Dynamics 365 Buisness Central, there are certifications aavailable. You can choose as per your role. The other answers have the required link.
