Microsoft planned to release the updates for new requirements for spain e invoicing by dec 2024. This is as per MS website

Now the question is this updates will released for BC 23 also or only for BC 24 version

Hi

I would say that it would go directly to the saas version and its onpremise version. An update to the latest version may be required in the case of an on-premise version. But it is not confirmed.

As far as I know, no. You need to upgrade to BC24 to use the new features.
