When using the web viewer users want to download a report to excel, but they get the following message:
Microsoft Excel
The file is corrupt and cannot be opened.
What causes this message.
I am an administrator and I am able to download the report with no errors. If the user selects to save the report before opening it in excel then the report will open in excel, but they are not able to download and open without saving.
