Data Map Creation

I would like to know how to create a Data Map to import Data from Salesgenie. Fields in CRM don't match the Fields in Salesgenie and I have to do a lot of work to map the fields.

Data from Salesgenie is for Consumers or Businesses and content a lot of Fields that are not in the Maps that come with MS Dynamics CRM.

    Hi Manuel,

    Data maps are created during an import. You have to clicked the Import Data button on the ribbon upload your file and go through the process. In one of the last steps you have the option of saving the data map for future use.
