Hi,

Our main goal is to have option to message LinkedIn Contacts directly from CRM, and be able to see response/communication
in Activity section inside MS CRM.


I am aware that there is ability to send multiple inmail messages via LinkedIn Sponsored InMail.
The thing i dont know is:

  • Is there a possibility to see communication inside CRM from Linkedin?
  • Is there a way to message LinkedIn Contacts directly from CRM?

    Check the following link, it clearly says that you can send and read all communication from within crm

    business.linkedin.com/.../be-more-productive-with-sales-navigator-and-microsoft-dynamics-crm
