In Business Central's production environment, some extensions have disappeared.

In the Business Central production environment, certain extensions and custom fields appear intermittently over a period of time. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Hi

In production they should not be deleted, if we are talking about a sandbox type environment, if possible they are uninstalled with each version change.

And it may occur because the extension has been installed from VSc and they have the DEV type:

It should be someone removing the extension if its production.

You can check in operations table in Admin Center. All events are recorded in this area.

In a production environment they should not disappear by themselves, someone must be removing them. In a sandbox environment, extensions published through VSCode will be removed automatically every time Business Central is updated.

agree that someone removed it. If needed, admin needs to review the permission sets to restrict who is able to install/uninstall extensions.
