    Hey!

it depends on what you want to move.  For example:

    - Dynamics 365 & Dataverse environments with a Database are migrated by Microsoft Support.  Steps are on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/move-environment-tenant?tabs=image

    - Sharepoint for example, needs to be migrated either by customers or partners.  There are some Third party tools on the market specialized on this.

    - There are also third party tools to migrate exchange mailboxes. However, users should save a PST with their data

There isn’t a single “all-in-one” Microsoft-provided tool for a full Dynamics 365 tenant-to-tenant migration. The approach usually depends on which workloads you’re moving—Dynamics apps, Dataverse data, Power BI workspaces, etc.

For Dynamics 365/Dataverse, most organizations export and re-import data using standard tools (Data Export, Data Migration Tool, Azure Data Factory, or custom scripts), since the underlying environment is tied to the original tenant.

For mailbox content or Microsoft 365 data associated with the users you’re moving, a third-party migration tool is usually needed. One option I’ve used is EdbMails Office 365 Migration for themailboxes, public folders and archive mailboxes and SharePoint Migration Tool for migrating SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams data but it won’t migrate Dynamics entities themselves—you’d still need to handle the Dataverse/Dynamics data using Microsoft’s migration/export tools.

    In short:

    • Dynamics 365 data → Data Migration Utility / Dataflows / API

    • Power BI → Rebuild workspaces or redeploy PBIX

    • Email/OneDrive/SharePoint → use a migration tool (EdbMails is one option)

So yes, migration is possible, but it usually ends up being a combination of tools rather than a single “move everything” utility.
