Unable to get FST to score my games from CRM

Hello,

I'm trying out the FantasySalesTeam application for my Dynamics CRM but I am not able to manage FST to score any points.

I have created a really simple metric within CRM. Like count every Appointment by created on date and give the points to the user who created the appointment.

Then I created my game at the FST website and assigning the earlier created metric to the game. After I created the game I pushed the activate game button within the FST website.

In the dynamics crm interface I'm able to see the game and the linked metric. All with status like "Running" and "Setup". So far so good.

Now one of my players is creating an appointment that is inside the date criteria of the game. Unfortunally no score is calculated. Does any one got a clue why?
