Dear Pros,

I just publish the Survey, and my friend also completed, but i cannot received the Survey Response ?

Can i explain to me ?

Survey responses are synced periodically and are not available in CRM instantly after survey completion if you haven't received the response back in CRM yet try to trigger the sync from the information/configuration page oo VOC solution in the CRM.
