Dear, I'm new to CRM and recently have one project which required to build a new landing page on CRM 365 and required to connect to other systems. I'm struggling to find related documentation to start the design, build the solution. Thus like to shout here to get some help from CRM SEM on how to started from ZERO. Your help is appreciated. Thanks a lot. Billone.

You go to setting > Customization > customize the system > Client Extension (Components of default solution) > Edit Site Map >

Add Area > Group and sub group  > place this area at first place (before Sales Area)

To connect external application like web page >In Sub group add your Web Resources URL.

Placing The area on first place will make your landing page

and adding URL to your sub group will make landing page display your own content
