I have scoured the licensing guide but I am finding it difficult to judge the outcome of my query and instead I am hoping some first hand experience may be able to confirm:
I would like to build upon the Customer Engagement plan/Case Management app within my company and I will definitely need a large pool of users with full licenses. Secondarily to this, there are stakeholders within a complaints process that need to have input on a case - be it approving a comment or simply just adding a line as an activity.
So, my question really stands at:
Can a Team Member have a case assigned to them temporarily so that they can action whatever activity/note has been set for them to action? Or is the problem that I am thinking about this problem the wrong way?
