Case Management & Team Member Licenses

Good morning, 

I have scoured the licensing guide but I am finding it difficult to judge the outcome of my query and instead I am hoping some first hand experience may be able to confirm:

I would like to build upon the Customer Engagement plan/Case Management app within my company and I will definitely need a large pool of users with full licenses. Secondarily to this, there are stakeholders within a complaints process that need to have input on a case - be it approving a comment or simply just adding a line as an activity. 

So, my question really stands at: 

Can a Team Member have a case assigned to them temporarily so that they can action whatever activity/note has been set for them to action? Or is the problem that I am thinking about this problem the wrong way?

    Team members can only read information.  They cannot add any data.

    By data, do you mean they cannot update any fields within the form/case or do you also mean they cannot amend/add activities either? As a simple "Add Note" function for these stakeholders would suffice in my situation.

    Hi,

    You can read about below articles and discussion below. It seems team member licence only can read to case entity but not edit based on the licensing guide.

    But this doesnt mean that system will prevent them, but if you let them to do so, means that you violate the rule.

    But for notes, they only have write access.
