Hi Guys with CRM Online are we able to process emails via our On Premise Exchange Server with Server Side Synchronisation? Or is the separate Email Router required to allow email processing of CRM Online with the On Premise Exchange Mail Boxes?
Its just because its not very clear in which Scenarios the Server Side Sync Cannot be used and im guessing this is one of them? And that the Email Router is Required for this scenario when using CRM Online with the On Premise Exchange;

This is frequently the better option for on-premises, partner-hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and some Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online deployments.
