How to edit pipeline phase workflow when sales stage is changed

Hi, 

I have changed the values of the bars on the sales process stages as shown below. I also have a OOB field "pipeline phase" which displays the current pipeline phase. 

However, it is still showing the default values of the stages. The stage names were not updated after I changed the phases. How can I edit the workflow to update the values?
