There isn't, but one of my clients has multiple administrators and they wanted to at least know when fields, along with entities, picklists, workflows, etc. were created or modified. I created a .NET console app that exports CRM metadata to CSV files and they run it each night and check in the files to a source control system. This allows them to determine when various CRM changes were made, but then they need to ask around about who made the change and why. The other benefit is that they can create Excel files that contains their CRM metadata for quick reference.

    Hi

If you are looking to see who created a field on a form it will be difficult unless you know exactly when it was created and playback a SQL trace
