RE: Activity subject filter resets after activity is completed, & Contacts can no longer be opened in a new tab?
Hi,
* A unique filter containing a keyword can be set but once a single activity is completed the filter will reset to default.
As the keyword search is based on the filter criteria of the current View, you need to switch to the View under All Activities first so that it can be filtered even if the Activity has been Completed.

* When right clicking or using middle mouse button the option to open an activity or contact is no longer available.
The feature is deprecated in 2021 Release wave 2.
However, you can try to press Shift+Ctrl and click the contact. It allows to open the form of contact in a new tab.
But it only works for contact.
If you'd like to open an activity in a new tab, the only way is to click the following button.
