You have a switch for this on the shipping tab in the customer card.

Make sure that is turned off.

Hi Inge M. Bruvik,

I did and created sales order, in page inspection showing combine shipment status showing as 'No', but still system allowing if i add manually shipment document line items manually in sales invoice.

Is Customer card switch off will or only if we combine shipments w.r.t sales orders i.e. Combine shipment task not in Sales invoice?
