Missing two Integrations from Integration Manager for particular user role

Hello, we have two integrations that our AP Accountant Role used to run regularly.  After installing GP/eConnect/IM on a different workstation, that role can no longer see these integrations on either the new workstation or the original workstation they used to access it on.  Is there some permission missing?  Our controller role can still access and run the integrations.  Thanks so much for your expertise!

    In Integration Manager, go to Tools menu and then Options.  On the General tab ensure that the pathname is pointing to the correct IM database.  Hope this helps...

    Hi,

    Check the user profile app data folder to make sure the user is pointed to the correct .imd file.
