How much does CRM 2015 cost?

Currently using the 90-day trial of CRM 2015 (on-premise version).

I see a price of $65 per user, per month, at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-purchase-online.aspx

2 developers here would probably need it for a couple more months than just 90 days, so I think getting 2 user CALs per month after 90-days, until something is built and ready to be tested?

How much does the CRM server license cost, in addition to the user/device CALs?
