Sharing Dashboards to user with same security roles

Hi All,

I have shared dashboard, personal views and charts to a user having same security role. But the user is getting message that "You do not have enough privileges to access the Microsoft Dynamics CRM object or perform the requested operation. For more information, contact your Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator". Can you guide me?

Hi partner,

1.Please make sure that the role of user which you shared to should have permissions to the dashboard, views, charts and their related entities.

Otherwise, he will not be able to access the content that you shared to him.

2.If your personal views have access requirement, you should share the default view first.

Is the other user in the same business unit as you are?

Hi Prajula,

Though users are have same security roles, data might differ based on access levels and business unit level. Also any of the data which you got to see from Access team cannot be available in charts and views.
