4th image is the action that I need to add to my user profile, but I just cant; is it possible?
You can right click and customize Navigation Pane, select the menu from the Home Button and then use the Copy To your navigation
Hello Suresh,
I have already tried your suggestion, If I go to the "Customize Navigation Pane" and do a search for "Item Reclass Journals" this action is nowhere to be found.
If you look at my image 4, you can see that it might be at four different location like /Departments/Purchase/Inventory & Costing.
I already search at those locations but no luck, this is why I decided to post and search for help here.
Any other guess? Is this like in Windows, I need elevated privileges to add "Item Reclass Journals" to my profile in NAV?

Hi Pacopatron,
First you have to check if you are disabled for adjusting any personalization by going to Profile and check the checkbox "Disable Personalization".
For your issue, there is pages that can be added to the Navigation Pan or added to the Action in Role Center.
