Tracking button keeps disappearing from Outlook

Hi all.

A few users in our company have an issue whereby the tracking button disappears after a while or becoame inactive and they need to reenable it. We are using Dynamics 365 v8 on premise and Outlook versions very from Office 365 to Office 2016.
