that may changed alternate/modified form you have to check MS GP --> Tools --> Setup --> System --> Alternate/Modified forms and report and check this is MS GP or SmartList if it's SmartList change to Microsoft Dynamics GP and save it then try the window will show everything

I see the Alternate Modified/Forms were changed to GP rather than Smartlist!

Here is an image. The only thing that comes to mind, is we removed our "Customization License", as our consultant said we can customize through them directly without it. Would this have broken some of our changes we may have done many many years ago? Our Customer window looks normal however.
