Enabling Interactive Service Hub in Dynamics 365 Trial Version

Hi,

I am using the trial version of dynamics 365.I tried to create Interactive Dashboard for the Case entity

but the issue that i am facing is that i don't see any checkbox in case entity general tab that says

"Enable for Interactive Experience", which i found in almost all the online resources.

The Dashboard i created and published is not available in the Customer Service Hub.Can someone please suggest what should i do now?

    Hi Rakhi,

    It seems that you are on the latest version on Dynamics 365 i.e.Version9. With this version, the interactive service hub has been moved to an app.

    Refer these:

    community.dynamics.com/.../253560

    docs.microsoft.com/.../user-guide-customer-service-hub

    If you are on V8 then you can follow the above shared article. If you are on V9 and want to try out v8.2 then you can reset your trial instance to V8.2
