dear all
i need to have different case template for different subjects, is this possible via configuration or it needs coding.

Do you want:
For number 1, you could use business rules to hide or show fields, or change the requirement level, or you could use separate forms, with some client script to change the form.
For number 2, you could use logic in a workflow to choose the template
thanks, but for option#1, is there any way easier than business rules especially that i have many templates and a lot of fields to show and hide?
