How much customization can be done on Service Calendar?

Hi everyone!

This is more general question. I would like to know the amount of customization work that can be done on Service Calendar.

For example:

Can we change the default view?

Can we change the default zoom level? For example every 15 minutes instead of an hour

Can we color the Users based on a field? Not the appointment type but the users.

Can we filter the calendar using javascript based on a date?

    Thanks for your help! So basically no customization can be done on Service Calendar on CRM Online other than changing the colors of Activity types.

    I'm not a fan of unsupported customizations but if you're online - you don't have many ways to make mentioned unsupported changes but if you're using onprem you can modify pages directly including required scripts inside something like this - a33ik.blogspot.com/.../set-default-view-for-service-calendar.html

    Hello,

    I'm afraid that any of this customizations can't be done in supported way.

    Service Calendar is not flexible from customizations point of view.
